Getting Over It

Getting over over the feeling of self-doubt may or may not be very easy. My self-doubt feelings first started when I was in third grade, and now I am in tenth grade. The process may be long for some of us, but slow progress is still worth it. Just know that the tips given below may your may not work for you, since we are all different.

Ways of getting over your self-doubt are listed in the following:

1) Joining supports groups online

Joining support groups may be very helpful, since you relate with the people that are going through the as you are Support groups actually do help a lot of people they are various support groups, according to the problem you are facing Joining support groups can change your star of mind about your body image. A good tip about this is always be open and honest.

2) Forcing yourself to use social media for important purposes only i.e school work,...

Forcing yourself to use social media for important purposes only can go a long way. This method is actually quite affective, since I used it too. The hard part is trying to stay away from social media, which is hard, not going to lie, but can help you . I can say a good tip is satying away from your phone as much as you possibly can.

3) Talk to trusted people about it

This is very effective, especially for people that don't have a problem opening up about their problems. Tjis method may or may not help people that have a hard time opening up. If you feel that talking to strangers makes you feel better, then feel free to do what makes you feel comfortable. Opening up realeses stress and anxiety. These two things are'nt goof for your brain, that is why opening up can go a very very long way. A good tip about this is opening up.

4) When using the internet, read things that you love, not things that bring you down

This method is a bit like trying to stay away from social media, except this one, you avoid reading things taht hurt you. I don't think this method is very helpful when it comes to pictures taht unexpectedly show up, but it does work for articles, videos, blogs, ect...

5) Finding out what really caused the issue

This can actually help you a lot. Just tracing back how the problem really started, and thinking about how it canhhelp. This can actually be very hard, because tracing back the past isn't easy, but it really does help. I suggest writing down the core problem, the talking about it to a trusted adult/friend/family memeber.

These methods are actually helpful since I used them myself. I suggest finding the one that you feel more comfortable with, and feel free to do whatever you want.
