How to Deal With Body Shaming !

Body shaming can be done in numerous ways, and can affect people differently. Either way, body shaming does affect people in sucha negative way, and here are ways to cope with body shaming.
1) Say something in the moment
If you notice that someone is making a comment about your body, you can always call them out on it. You don't need to lose it, you can just tell them that the comment is hurting you, or is making you feel uncomfortable.
2) Ignore the comment
Sometimes the best way to cope with bad shaming, is simply to not say anything about it. It may sound or be rude, but it's best if you feel like you might lose it, or get really mad about it.
3) Have a talk with the person
Sometimes talkig with the person ca be very helpful. Really telling them how you feel when they comment on your body.
4) Give them and yourself space
If the your loved one doesn't stop with the body shaming talk, then you should give them space. You don't have to stop being friends with them or aything, you can always just avoid talking to them.
